Heating Mat Small

Do you have a tropical species that you need to keep at the right temperature, or do you want to heat your colony in winter because it is too cold in the house?

A heating mat can help with this, but do not place the mat completely under the nest. But place it a little bit under the nest so that the ants can decide for themselves which part of the nest is most pleasant.

If you notice that it is getting too warm in the nest, slide the heating mat a little further from under the nest.
